		Studio 400 is the most spacious room of all. Small ensembles and choirs are welcome as well as musical bands without percussions. Music classes and auditions are some of the many other possibilities of our studio 400.

		Some characteristics:

		• Yamaha U1 upright piano • Studio size is 400 square feet (38 square meters) • Fully soundproofed • Piano tuned every eight weeks • Air conditioning • CD player, microphone and P.A. furnished • Capacity of 10 musicians (maximum)

		3 musicians or more • Hourly rate 15$/hour • 10 hour promotion or monthly rental: 12,50$/hour 1 or 2 musicians • Hourly rate: 12$/hour • 10 hour promotion or monthly rental: 8,50$/hour
